From Kuala Lumpur's Heart to Gaza's Hope: Noor Sparks Lasting Change

Malaysian Solidarity Ignites for Gaza's Orphans

In bustling Kuala Lumpur, **Taawon (The Welfare Association)** teams up with the Palestinian Museum to launch a powerful fundraising drive for the Noor Program. They support orphaned children in Gaza through this vital initiative.

Transitioning smoothly from inspiration to action, the event thrived under the patronage of H.E. Zulkifli Bin Hassan. Malaysian partners like MAHAR, led by Nurul Izzah Binti Anwar and Jismi Johari, jumped in enthusiastically.

Cultural Bridges Bloom Amid Crisis

Taawon highlights the urgent humanitarian needs while building deeper Palestinian-Malaysian ties. Dr. Nabil Qaddumi and Dr. Tareq Emtairah share how the genocide war since October 2023 orphaned 64,000 children. Taawon cares for 20,000 of them with long-term aid until age 18.

Meanwhile, Amer Shomali sparks exciting talks for a virtual Palestinian museum in Kuala Lumpur. These partnerships blend humanitarian support with cultural cooperation to preserve Palestinian heritage.
