Ltd. to jointly advance the development of the Jintang New Materials Project in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China. Under the PDA, SABIC and Rongsheng Petrochemical are evaluating a potential equity investment by SABIC up to 50% of Rongsheng New Materials.
