Robo.ai Inc. just held a groundbreaking ceremony in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, marking Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park. This first phase spans roughly 8,845 square meters and will refurbish existing factory space.
Consequently, the park will support local manufacturing for ALIF Holding's industrial projects, while registration of the site's owning subsidiary moves through approval channels.
For Robo.ai, this park anchors its advanced manufacturing strategy. It enables commercialization with government and infrastructure customers alike.
Meanwhile, it strengthens the company's intelligent infrastructure ambitions across the UAE.
First up is Alif Maritec, focused on maritime security. Its portfolio covers oil spill response, desert border security, and AI-enabled infrastructure monitoring.
Therefore, Phase I will house manufacturing and integration for these very systems.
H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi and Emirati royals attended the ceremony. "This marks a new beginning for ALIF in the industrial sector," said CEO Dr. Jasem Al Mansoori.
Ultimately, three phases will unfold gradually, with at least three companies expected onsite by 2026.
