They operate a manufacturing facility in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), focused on producing a range of cheese products. Hadaf serves regional and international markets and is strengthening operational visibility as it scales up.

Transitioning smoothly, Hadaf Foods selected Plex to enable real-time production monitoring and data-driven decisions. "The Plex platform connects machines, people, and processes," said Tom Forster of Rockwell Automation.
