From Blueprint to Boardroom: Al Mouj Business Park Gets Ready for Business

MUSCAT, Oman - Al Mouj Muscat is entering the next phase of its evolution as a business destination. Four of eight buildings are now handed over at Al Mouj Business Park, a fully sold development with 39,000 sqm of Grade A office space.

Naturally, this adds a major commercial layer to one of Oman's leading oceanfront destinations.

For more than 20 years, Al Mouj Muscat has grown around how people live, stay and spend their time. Now, business is the next chapter. As Acting CEO Ahmed Al Massan said, quality office space remains fundamental, but connectivity, hospitality and amenities increasingly shape the workplace experience.

Meanwhile, the eight mid-rise buildings offer flexible floorplates, natural light, and views across the golf course and sea. Moreover, landscaped paths replace car parks, so people walk between buildings.

Because hospitality sits next door, meetings can move outdoors and clients can be hosted on site. The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort and Al Mouj Golf clubhouse are within walking distance, while The Okura Resort Muscat is under development nearby.

In addition, Muscat International Airport and Muscat City Centre are about ten minutes away. The Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre is roughly 15 minutes out.

Today, Al Mouj Muscat is home to over 8,000 residents from more than 90 nationalities and welcomes about four million visitors annually.

Finally, with owners preparing their spaces for occupation, the spotlight turns to the companies and people who will shape this new business community.

Al Mouj Muscat: Oman's Thriving Waterfront Wonder That's Rocking the Economy!

MUSCAT, Oman bursts with energy thanks to Al Mouj Muscat. This flagship integrated tourism destination just dropped impressive results from an independent study. Over two decades, it has poured approximately USD 2.3 billion into the Sultanate's GDP.

Transitioning smoothly from a bold waterfront idea, Al Mouj Muscat now shines as a mature powerhouse. It generates over USD 2.6 billion in revenue and draws USD 2.3 billion in foreign direct investment. Visitors flock here—nearly four million annually—while a vibrant community from over 90 nationalities calls it home.

Powering Tourism and Green Growth

Al Mouj Muscat actively fuels Oman's tourism scene. Its five hotels deliver a massive hospitality boost, and the stunning marina plus world-class golf course keep the good times rolling. Events alone spark USD 637 million in economic impact.

Sustainability thrives too. Planners cut carbon emissions by 37%, boosted marine life eleven-fold, and support diverse wildlife. Ahmed Al Massan, Acting CEO, sums it up perfectly: this destination builds lasting value for everyone. Al Mouj Muscat keeps raising the bar for smart, exciting development in the region.
